Our app supports both older and newer types of DVRs. The newer types typically have ports such as 34567, 37777, 8101, 8000, or 5800. However, some older DVRs may also use these default ports. In such cases, the app may mistake the old DVR for a new type device, resulting in poor functionality.

We have implemented a solution to this issue. To ensure proper support for old DVRs, you need to go to the settings and check the "Only Support old device" option. Don't forget to save the settings before exiting the app. After restarting the app, you will find that the old DVR works just fine, just like before.

In addition, our app is compatible with Android PDAs. It works seamlessly on all Android smartphones, allowing you to stream live video directly from your security devices. You can control multiple DVRs and even manipulate PTZ cameras. On top of that, it also provides the ability to take snapshots of the live streaming video.
